摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是严重危害人类健康的常见、多发病。由于不健康的饮食习惯,冠心病的再发生率和再住院率明显增多,危害显著升高。除有效地调整饮食方式之外,中医药膳也是冠心病临床治疗和康复不可或缺的一部分。本研究基于整体观念和辨证论治探析冠心病中医药膳的理法构成,从因人、因时、因地三方面详尽论述中医药膳对冠心病的重要性,以及不同条件下中医药膳存在的差异性。同时,提出中医药膳的局限性及随意食用的危害,以期为中医药膳在冠心病的治疗与康复中的应用提供可借鉴的意见。
Coronary heart disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease that seriously endangers human health.Due to unhealthy eating habits,the recurrence and rehospitalization of coronary heart disease patients have increased significantly,and its harm has increased significantly.In addition to effective dietary adjustments,Chinese materia medica diet is also an indispensable part of the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of coronary heart disease.Based on the overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM,the composition of Chinese materia medica diet for coronary heart disease was explored in this study.The importance of Chinese materia medica diet for coronary heart disease was discussed from three aspects of individual,time,and place,and the differences of Chinese materia medica diet under different conditions were given.At the same time,the limitations of Chinese materia medica diet and the hazards of casual consumption were proposed,in order to provide suggestions for the application of Chinese materia medica diet in the treatment and rehabilitation of coronary heart disease.
