摘要
针对某研究院现有的地方科研院所科研绩效评价体系存在问题,通过文献查询、实地调研、调查问卷等方法,利用层次分析法,采用分类、定性与定量评价相结合等方式,提出了对科研投入、科研产出、科研管理、成长性等4个一级指标、12个二级指标、34个三级指标分类设置权重的优化评价体系,具有评价指标更为全面、评价更加科学、便捷和实用等特点.
Through the methods of literature inquiry,field investigation and questionnaire,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the combination method of classification,qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation are used to study the scientific research performance evaluation system of local scientific research institutes. An optimized evaluation system which sets the weights of 4 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 34 tertiary indicators is proposed. It has the characteristics of more comprehensive evaluation indicators,more scientific,convenient and practical evaluation.
