摘要
北京地铁12号线芳园里站采用暗挖PBA工法施工,在车站拱部开挖支护阶段,设置了临时中隔墙,但拱部二衬施工前需要分段拆除临时中隔墙。为减少临时中隔墙拆除对地层的扰动,采用了跳仓拆除方法,相应的二衬浇筑也采用了跳仓方法。为便于利用台车施工车站拱部二衬,研制了可跳仓施作二衬的分离式台车,即:将传统一体式模板台车跨中1.2 m范围内的横梁和门架拆开并采用丝杆螺栓连接,从而实现了台车左右两部分的分离;将双轨道改为4轨道,分离式台车的左右两部分可分开行进,这样在不拆除临时中隔墙情况可到达下一作业面。施工实践表明,分离式台车的应用大幅提高了车站拱部二衬的施工效率。
Fangyuanli Station of Beijing Metro Line 12 is constructed by PBA method.During the excavation and support stage of the station arch,a temporary mid-partition wall was built which should be removed in sections before construction of the arch lining.In order to reduce the stratum disturbance caused by the removal,the interval removal method is adopted as well as lining structure casting.For using the trolley to construct the arch lining,a separable trolley which can be used for spaced casting of lining sructure was developed.That is,the beam and door frame within the range of 1.2 m in the span of the traditional integrated formwork trolley are disassembled and connected by screw bolts.Thus,the left and right parts of the trolley are separated;Two tracks are changed to four tracks,and the left and right parts of the separated trolley can move separately so that the trolley can arrive at the next working surface without removing the temporary mid-partition wall.The practice shows that the application of the separable formwork trolley greatly improves the construction efficiency of the arch lining structure of the station.
