摘要
暗挖地铁隧道二次衬砌混凝土施工易质量和技术问题,首先介绍二次衬砌混凝土浇筑工艺,解析二次衬砌混凝土的浇筑特点,全面分析二次衬砌中常见的技术质量问题并提出了相应的解决对策。得出结论为避免二次衬砌混凝土施工出现问题,应选择合理的浇筑方案,加强系统管理及研究隧道模架荷载的计算方法。
Quality and technical problems were often caused in secondary lining concrete construction of buried excavation subway tunnel. This paper introduced the secondary lining concrete grouting process, explained secondary lining concrete grouting characteristics, comprehensively analyzed frequently encountered technical and quality problems in secondary lining and proposed related countermeasures. It was concluded that reasonable grouting scheme shall be selected, system management shall be strengthened and calculation method for tunnel formwork load shall be studied, so as to avoid problems in secondary lining concrete construction.
