摘要
血与津液都是构成人体和维持人体正常生命活动的基本物质。生理上,津血同源同功;病理上,血与水作为病理产物相互影响、互为因果,可致“血水同病”。张仲景在《金匮要略》中提出的“血不利则为水”为“血水同治”治法提供了理论依据,并创立多首体现“血水同治”的治疗妇科疾病的代表性经方,如温经以利水的桂枝茯苓丸,活血以利水的归母苦参丸、当归散、当归芍药散等。岭南地区居民具有脾虚湿盛、湿热内蕴、气阴两虚的体质特征,其体质特征成为“血水同病”之基础;“血水同治”在岭南中医妇科病的治疗中具有其优势。
Blood and body fluid are the basic substances that constitute the human body and maintain its normal life activities. Physiologically, blood and body fluid are of the same origin and have the same function.Pathologically, blood and fluid can become the pathological products,and interact with each other as cause and effect,which can cause “blood-fluid comorbidity”. “Blockage of blood leading to the fluid disease”,which was proposed by ZHANG Zhong-Jing in his Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, provides the theoretical basis of“simultaneous treatment of blood and fluid”. In the book, ZHANG Zhong-Jing established a number of representative prescriptions for the treatment of gynecological diseases that embody the thoughts of “simultaneous treatment of blood and fluid”. For example,warming meridian to induce diuresis can be achieved by Guizhi Fuling Pills(Pills of Ramulus Cinnamom and Poria),and activating blood to induce diuresis can be achieved by Gui Mu Kushen Pills(Pills of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Bulbus Fritillaria and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),Danggui Powder(Powder of Radix Angelicae Sinensis)and Danggui Shaoyao Powder(Powder of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba), etc. Residents in Lingnan area have constitutional characteristics of predominant dampness due to spleen deficiency,internal retention of damp-heat,and deficiency of both qi and yin,which is the indications of “simultaneous treatment of blood and fluid”. The thoughts of “simultaneous treatment of blood and fluid” have its advantages in the treatment of Lingnan gynecological diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.
