摘要
目的:总结和探讨汪悦教授运用活血利水法治疗痛风的思路。方法:通过跟师学习,研读相关古籍,从病因病机,理论依据,辨证分期论治及临证加减等方面,对汪悦教授治疗痛风的经验进行总结与分析。结果:汪悦教授将"血不利则为水"、"血水同病"与痛风病因病机相合,拓展了活血利水法的使用范围,论证了活血利水法治疗痛风的可行性及有效性,师古创新,并在此基础上临证变通,辅以清热解毒、通调脏腑、益气扶正等治法,值得推广。
Objective:To summarize and discuss Professor WANG Yue's idea of using promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis to treat gout.Methods:To summarize and analyze Professor WANG Yue's experience in treating gout,through the study with the teacher,study related books,from the etiology and pathogenesis,theoretical basis,syndrome differentiation and treatment and clinical card addition and subtraction,etc.Results:Professor WANG Yue combined "Poor blood will form water evil","Poor blood and water evil will cause disease together"with the pathogenesis of gout,expanded circulation of using promoting blood and reducing water,demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method of promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis in treating gout.Being flexible in facing different syndromes on the basis of learning tradition and innovate,adding the methods of clearing heat and removing toxic substance,coordinating and harmonizing viscera,strengthening vital Qi,etc.The method is worth promoting.
