摘要
目的:研究锦灯笼果实75%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、PHPLC等方法进行分离制备,通过化合物的理化性质、薄层色谱法及多种波谱技术对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果:从锦灯笼果实75%乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:(1)23-羟基-吉托皂苷元-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→4)-β-D-半乳糖苷;(2)26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-3β,20α,26-三醇-25(R)-Δ^(5,22)-二烯-呋甾-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷;(3)3-O-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-(4-O-乙酰基)-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖-(1→4)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷;(4)2α,3β-二羟基-5α-孕甾-16-乙二胺-20-酮-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→4)-β-D-半乳糖苷;(5)Ginsenine;(6)蔗糖;(7)麦芽糖。结论:化合物1为新的螺甾烷醇型甾体皂苷,化合物2~5、7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of 75%ethanol extract of Physalis alkekengi L.Methods:After having finished separation and preparation by means of using silica gel column chromatography,PHPLC and other methods,the structure of the compound was identified by the physical and chemical properties of the compound,thin layer chromatography and a variety of spectral techniques.Result:Seven compounds were isolated from the 75%ethanol extract of Physalis alkekengi L.and identified as 23-hydroxy-jitosapogenin-3-O-β-D-glucose-(1→4)-β-D-galactoside(1),26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β,20α,26-triol-25(R)-Δ5,22-diene-furosta-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl(2),3-O-α-L-Arabinopyranose-Hedera sapogenin-28-O-(4-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranose-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranose-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(3),2α,3β-dihydroxy-5α-pregn-16-en-20-one-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(4),Ginsenine(5),sucrose(6),maltose(7)respectively.Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new spirostanol steroid saponin,compound 2~5 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
