摘要
随着我国改革开放的持续深入,社会各领域对人才的需求发生了明显变化,为此,高校在坚持传统专业学科知识教学的基础上,强调以英语能力为核心的国际英语人才培养,并借助产学研相结合的模式,实现复合型人才培养。高校化工专业承担着我国化工专业人才培养的重要任务,在我国化工行业对外贸易往来日益频繁的情况下,创新人才培养方式,融入产学研相结合的化工专业国际英语人才培养模式,实现化工专业人才英语综合素养的全面提升。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the demand for talents in various fields of society has undergone significant changes. For this reason, on the basis of insisting on the teaching of traditional professional subject knowledge, colleges and universities emphasize the training of international English talents with English ability as the core, and use the mode of combining production, teaching and research realizes the cultivation of compound talents. The chemical engineering major of universities and colleges undertakes the important task of cultivating chemical professional talents in China. In the case of the increasingly frequent foreign trade exchanges in China’s chemical industry, innovate talent training methods and integrate the chemical industry international English talent training model that combines production, education and research to realize the chemical industry, comprehensive improvement of professional English literacy.
