摘要
随着经济全球化深入发展和“一主双六”高质量发展战略实施,区域经济转型升级对复合型外语人才需求日益迫切。本文基于产教融合理念和国际化人才培养规律,构建外语专业课程与实践双轮驱动模式,探索人才培养新路径。通过构建动力机制、优化实施载体、完善保障体系等方式,将课程教学与实践创新有机融合,实现知识传授与能力培养的双向互促。本研究为推动外语教育改革创新、产教深度融合提供了新思路,为服务地方经济高质量发展培养具有国际视野和实践能力的复合型人才。
With the in-depth development of economic globalization and the implementation of the“One Main and Six Pairs”high-quality development strategy,the demand for compound foreign language talents in the transformation and upgrading of regional economies is becoming increasingly urgent.Based on the concept of industry-education integration and the laws of international talent cultivation,this paper constructs a dual-wheel drive mode of foreign language major courses and practice,and explores new paths for talent cultivation.By establishing a dynamic mechanism,optimizing implementation carriers,and improving the guarantee system,etc.,the course teaching and practical innovation are organically integrated to achieve a two-way mutual promotion of knowledge imparting and ability cultivation.This research provides new ideas for promoting the reform and innovation of foreign language education and the in-depth integration of industry and education,and aims to cultivate compound talents with an international perspective and practical ability to serve the high-quality development of the local economy.
