摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑联合艾司西酞普兰治疗伴精神病性症状抑郁的效果。方法100例伴精神病性症状抑郁患者,采用数字表随机法分为对照组及实验组,每组50例。对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,实验组给予艾司西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、生活质量评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分、简明精神病评定量表评分,治疗效果,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(12.56±0.23)分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(10.01±2.21)分、简明精神病评定量表评分(20.45±0.12)分低于对照组的(15.21±0.26)、(13.45±1.52)、(25.41±0.23)分,生活质量评分(89.56±4.35)分高于对照组的(76.45±3.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伴精神病性症状抑郁患者实施艾司西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑治疗可更好减轻患者症状和改善病情,改善患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,并缓解抑郁和精神症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of aripiprazole combined with escitalopram on depression with psychotic symptoms.Methods A total of 100 depressed patients with psychotic symptoms were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with escitalopram,and the experimental group was treated with escitalopram and aripiprazole.The Hamilton depression scale score,quality of life,Pittsburgh sleep quality score and brief psychiatric rating scale score before and after treatment,therapeutic effects,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Hamilton depression scale score(12.56±0.23)points,Pittsburgh sleep quality score(10.01±2.21)points,and brief psychiatric rating scale score(20.45±0.12)points in the experimental group were lower than(15.21±0.26),(13.45±1.52),(25.41±0.23)points in the control group,and the quality of life score(89.56±4.35)points was higher than(76.45±3.14)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00% in the experimental group was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of escitalopram combined with aripiprazole in patients with depression with psychotic symptoms can better alleviate the symptoms,improve the condition of disease,improve the quality of sleep and life,and relieve depression and mental symptoms,which is worthy of popularization and application.
