摘要
目的:比较和分析不同种类抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响程度,并对相关影响因素进行分析。方法:对2011年5月～2012年5月我院收治的120例精神分裂症患者根据用药不同分为帕利哌酮组、典型组、非典型组,对其实施为期24周的用药治疗,对三组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、个人与社会表现量表(PSP)进行比较分析。结果:帕利哌酮组除第4周阳性症状因子分之外,帕利哌酮组所有因子分和总分情况全部低于典型组和非典型组,非典型组评分明显低于典型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。帕利哌酮组PSP评分明显优于典型组和非典型组,非典型组优于典型组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症急性期用药可以有效改善患者社会功能,其中帕利哌酮改善效果更加明显,可进行临床推广使用。
Objective. To compare and aaalyze effects of different types of antipsychotics on social function of schizophrenia patients and related factors analysis. Methods.A total of 120 cases of schizophre- nia that admitted to our hospital during May 2011 and May 2012 were divided into Pall risperidone group, typical group, atypical group according to medication after 24-weeks medication treatment, Personal and Social Performance Scale （PSP）, and Three Sets of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） were applied to analyze and compare the treatment effects. Results： Except the positive syndrome score, the de- tected scores and total scores of Pall risperidone group were all lower than that of the typical group and a- typical group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. PSP scores of the Pall risperidone group were significantly superior to that of the typical group and atypical group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：A- cute schizophrenia medication can effectively improve the patient＇s social function, and Palley risperidone shows the best effects according to the study.
