摘要
板材压下量是矫直工艺中至关重要的参数,本文借助现有研究矫直模型和求解方法,分析11辊矫直机压下量与板材初始参数的内在关系,旨在将其用于在线矫直工艺设定。研究结果表明:压下量与厚度呈现非线性关系、与屈服极限呈现线性关系、与弹性模量呈现不明显的非线性关系;无论板材来料参数如何变化,只要其弹性极限曲率不变,就可以设置相同的压下量;板材的合理压下量可以通过压下量与弹性极限曲率的关系曲线快速差值得到,从而应用于在线矫直工艺设定。
Roller intermesh is an important parameter in the leveling process technology.The present leveling model and solving method were cited to study the inner relationship between intermesh and initial parameters for a leveler with 11 rollers.The research purpose is to apply this relationship to set the leveling technology in the field.The researches show that there is a nonlinear relationship between roller intermesh and incoming plate thickness.It shows linear relationship between roller intermesh and incoming plate yield stress.In addition,there is a non-obvious nonlinear relationship between roller intermesh and incoming Young modulus.The intermesh can be set the same as long as the elastic limit curvature of incoming plate is the same.The present relationship can be used in the field as the reasonable intermesh can be easy searched by the relationship curve.
