带驱动多辊矫直参数对钢板出口张力影响

Effect of Driven Multi-roll Straightening Process Parameters on the Steel Plate Tension at Straightener Exit

摘要 为了明确带驱动矫直机在不同工况下张力变化规律以及出入口张应力间关系,进而提出有效的矫直策略,采用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,以6辊张力矫直机为仿真对象,建立了钢板有驱动矫直过程的二维弹塑性仿真。通过多种工况下的仿真分析,研究钢板出口张应力随矫直辊相对于钢板线速度百分比以及矫直辊和钢板间摩擦系数的变化规律。结果表明,钢板出入口张力比随速度比和摩擦系数的增大而减小,且出口处张应力并非总是大于入口张应力。本工作可优化带驱动矫直工艺参数,为提高矫直效率提供应用指导思路。 In order to clarify the tension evolution mechanism of the driven straightening machine under different working conditions,as well as the relationship between the entrance and exit tensile stresses,and to propose effective straightening strategies,ABAQUS finite element simulation software has been applied to establish a two-dimensional elastic-plastic simulation for the driven straightening process,with a 6-roll tension straightening machine as the simulation object.Through simulation analysis under various working conditions,the evolution mechanism of tensile stress at the outlet of the steel plate with the percentage of straightening roller relative to the steel plate line speed and the friction coefficient between the straightening roller and the steel plate has been studied.The results indicate that the tension ratio at the inlet and outlet of the steel plate decreases with the increase of speed ratio and friction coefficient.The tensile stress at the outlet is not always greater than that at the inlet.This work is responsible for optimizing the parameters of the belt driven straightening process and provide application guidance for improving the straightening efficiency.
