摘要
目的调查甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者心理健康状况评分及人格特征评分状况,分析二者间的相关性,为改善患者心理健康水平提供理论支撑。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月于河南省人民医院接受治疗的106例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表(EPQ-RSC)评估患者心理健康水平和人格特征,并进一步分析其相关性。结果103例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者中男29例,女74例;年龄25~76(59.63±8.10)岁;与全国常模相比,甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者的SCL-90量表各因子评分及总分均较低(P<0.05);甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者精神质、神经质、掩饰性评分均高于全国常模,内外向低于全国常模(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者内外向评分与SCL-90量表的焦虑、抑郁、恐怖呈负相关(P<0.05);神经质评分与SCL-90量表的恐怖、焦虑、抑郁、总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者普遍存在不同程度的心理健康问题,且其心理健康水平受人格特征影响,尤其是焦虑、抑郁、恐怖心理与内外向、神经质密切相关。
Objective To investigate the psychological health status score and personality characteristic score of patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,and analyze the correlation between the two,so as to provide theoretical support for improving the psychological health of patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma who were treated in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.Mental health symptom self-rating checklist scale(SCL-90)and Eysenck personality questionnaire short scale(EPQ-RSC)were used to evaluate the mental health and personality characteristics of patients,and further analyze their correlations.Results Among 103 patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,29 were male and 74 were female,aged 25 to 76(59.63+8.10)years old.Compared with the national norm,the scores of each factor and the total score of SCL-90 were lower(P<0.05).The scores of psychoticism,neuroticism,and masking in patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma were higher than the national nomm,and inward and outward were lower than the national norm(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the extroversion score of patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma was negatively correlated with anxiety,depression and fear of SCL-90 scale(P<0.05).The neuroticism score was positively correlated with the fear,anxiety,depression and total score of SCL-90 scale(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with papillary thyroid microcarcinoma generally have different degrees of mental health problems,and their mental health is affcted by personality characteristics,especially anxiety,depression,and fear are closely related to introversion and neuroticism.
