摘要
目的调查中年癌症患者心理弹性的影响因素,并分析其与希望水平、应对方式的相关性。方法采用中文版心理弹性量表、Herth希望量表和癌症应对问卷对湖南省两所肿瘤专科医院和两所综合医院肿瘤科的308例住院中年癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果被调查者的心理弹性总分为(63.76±13.46)分;经多元逐步回归分析,被调查者心理弹性的影响因素共8个,分别是应对方式的“面对”和“发泄”、对疾病发生原因及预后的认识、希望水平的“采取积极的行动”和“对现实和未来的积极态度”、治疗方式、性别、职业及性格。心理弹性与希望水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。心理弹性与应对方式的“面对”呈正相关(P<0.01),与应对方式的“屈服”“发泄”呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论希望水平和应对方式是影响中年癌症患者心理弹性水平的重要因素,护理人员应关注三者的紧密联系,并结合中年癌症患者一般资料中的影响因素,有针对性地提高患者希望水平,帮助患者采取适当的应对方式,进而提高其心理弹性水平。
Objective To study the influencing factors of mental resilience and its associations with hope and coping style among middle-aged cancer patients. Methods 308 middle-aged cancer patients in 2 oncology hospitals and 2 general hospitals oncology in Hunan province were investigated by the general questionnaire, Connor-Davidson resilience scale , Herth Hope index and cancer coping modes questionnaire. Results The total mental resilience score of the informant was 63. 76± 13. 46;Multiple regression analysis showed that there are 8 factors influencing the mental resilience of the informant. They are confrontation , catharses , understanding of the causes and prognosis of disease respectively positivereadinessandexpectancy temporalityandfuture treatments gender occupation personality. The score of mental resilience was positively correlated to the hope (P<0. 01). The total of mental resilience was correlated positively to confrontation (P<0. 01) and was correlated negatively to resignation and catharses (P<0. 01). Conclusions Hope and coping style are important factors affecting the mental resilience of middle-aged cancer patients. Nurses should pay attention to the three closely linked with the influencing factors in the general data of middle-aged cancer patients to increase the patients hope level. Help patients to take appropriate coping styles and then improve their mental resilience.
