摘要
基于制度变迁理论的分析视角,改革开放以来民办初中自主招生制度经历了三个发展阶段,呈现出以“上下结合的变迁方向、渐进为主的变迁速度和机会公平的价值追求”为主的变迁特征。影响民办初中招生制度变迁的因素包括制度环境、择校治理思想和成本收益变化,三者的共同力量是推动民办初中自主招生制度变迁的动力。此外,当前民办初中自主招生制度尚未达到帕累托改进的理想状态,具有一定的制度变迁空间。
Based on the perspective of institutional change theory,the independent admission system of private junior middle schools in China has undergone three stages of development since the reform and opening up.The institutional change is the result of a combination of the push of the central and practice of local by the gradual speed,showing the pursuit of equity of entrance opportunity.The factors that affect the change of admission system include the institutional environment,governing thoughts to school choice and cost-benefit variance,which is the driving force to promote jointly the change.In addition,the current admission system of private junior middle schools has not yet reached the ideal state of Pareto improvement,remaining to be improved.
