摘要
历史文化街区和历史建筑代表着国家悠久的历史文化蕴涵,是不可复制的文化载体。但随着城市化进程的不断推进,个别地区没有做好有序开发,导致具有历史与文化价值的街区或建筑物被拆毁被破坏,造成了无可挽回的损失。为此,国家提出了“在实施城市更新行动中防止大拆大建”的要求,明确历史建筑保护管理的规定,加大对历史建筑保护管理力度,从而有效促进国家历史文化传承的可持续发展。
Historical and cultural blocks and historical buildings represent the national long-standing historical and cultural connotations and are irreproducible cultural carriers.However,with the continuous advancement of urbanization,some areas have not been developed in an orderly manner,resulting in the demolition and destruction of blocks or buildings with historical and cultural value,resulting in irreparable losses.Therefore,the nation has put forward the requirement of“preventing large-scale demolition and construction in the implementation of urban renewal actions”,clarifying the regulations on the protection and management of historical buildings,and enhancing the protection and management of historical buildings,so as to effectively promote the sustainable development of national historical and cultural heritage.
