摘要
本文针对中国历史建筑的现状,阐述了在历史建筑认定与保护过程中存在的认识误区,分析历史建筑不同于文物建筑的认定标准、保护原则和做法、产权人意愿对认定过程的影响、通则式历史建筑保护规划的可行性等现实问题,并且提出针对历史建筑的权利、义务和荣誉相对等的保护制度设计建议。
For the current situation of the historic buildings, the article makes an introduction on the misunderstanding in identifying and protecting the historic buildings. It makes an analysis on the identification standards, protection principles and practices different from the heritage site, and the impact from the wishes of the property owners on the identification, the feasibility of the historic buildings protection planning in general principles, and etc. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on the historic building protection system.
