摘要
在某小区频繁发生泄漏的低压燃气管道上开展了详细的现场测试,明确了泄漏原因为该燃气管道和建筑物接地地网存在电连接,出现电偶腐蚀,造成管道管地电位正向偏移,有稳定的电流从管道上流出,加速管道腐蚀。根据腐蚀的原因,提出了防护建议。
Detailed field tests and experiments on a high-frequent leaking low-pressure gas pipe in a residential area were carried out.It was that the leakage was due to the electrical connection between the gas pipe and the building grounding grid,resulting in galvanic corrosion between buried gas pipe and grounding grid.Buried pipe acted as anode with a stable current flowing out from it and corrosion rate increased.According to the cause of the corrosion,Some protection suggestions were proposed.
