摘要
国家翻译实践是将代表国家意志和立场的国家文本进行即时和及时国际文本转换的必要途径。在中国参与全球治理过程中,国家翻译实践服务国家战略的价值和功能日益凸显。国家翻译实践功能日益多元、流程日益复杂、管理日益精细,呈现出"工程化"趋势。本文结合管理学和翻译学相关理论,分析国家翻译工程的主要特征、基本要件和一般流程,旨在推动国家翻译实践工程管理知识体系的构建,为促进国家翻译实践工程项目管理的规范化和制度化发展,强化国家翻译实践工程管理体制机制创新提供参考。
State text expresses the intention and position of the state,which can be instantly and timely rendered into international versions through state translation program. China is strengthening its international governance. In this process,state translation program has become a powerful tool to serve state strategy. State translation program,with increasingly diversified functions,complicated process and sophisticated management,has had “engineering”features. This paper,based on theories from management studies and translation studies,conducts a tentative analysis on the features,elements and procedure of state translation engineering,hoping to promote the construction of knowledge system for state translation engineering management and shed some light on its management institutional development and system innovation.
