摘要
为考察不同品牌食醋中的铅和镉含量,采用湿法消解—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食醋中的铅和镉含量,结果表明:铅线性系数为0.9925,镉线性系数为0.9931.测定不同品牌食醋,铅含量在8.98~73.22 ng·mL^(-1)之间,镉含量在1.13~10.88 ng·mL^(-1)之间.铅和隔含量差异明显,这为食醋企业提供参考.
To determine the content of lead and cadmium in the Vinegar,the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used.The results show that the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of lead in the vinegar,the linear coefficient of lead is 0.9925.The content of lead in the vinegar is 8.98-73.22 ng·mL^(-1).The linear coefficient of cadmium is 0.9931.The content of cadmium in the vinegar is 1.13-10.88 ng·mL^(-1).And the contents of lead and cadmium in the vinegar from different brand have obvious difference.It provids a reference for the vinegar enterprises.
