通过对燕麦栽培环境条件、种子处理、施肥、播种和收获等田间控制关键技术的规范,为高寒地区建植和管理高产优质人工草地提供技术支撑,引导区域经济发展。
Through the specification of key field control technologies such as oat cultivation environmental conditions, seed treatment, fertilization, sowing and harvesting, it provides technical support for the establishment and management of high-yield and high-quality artificial grassland in alpine regions, and guide regional economic development.
