摘要
采用冰浴法,以二胺单体1,4-苯二甲胺(P-XDA)与二酐单体4,4′-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(ODPA)、3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)合成了两种聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。在二元聚合的基础上,引入脂环二胺4,4′-二氨基二环己基甲烷(PACM)进行三元聚合得到两种PI薄膜。通过红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、热机械分析、差示扫描量热仪测试(DSC)、热失重测试和力学性能测试对薄膜进行表征分析。结果表明:4种PI薄膜已经亚胺化完全,在800 nm处的紫外透过率均在89%以上,具有良好的热稳定性、热失重初始分解温度(T_(d))均在462℃以上、玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))均高于169℃,具有较好的力学性能和较低的热膨胀系数。
Using ice bath method,the diamine monomer 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)benzene(P-XDA)and the dianhydride monomer 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA),3,3′,4,4′-Benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)were synthesized two kinds of polyimide(PI)films.On the basis of binary polymerization,alicyclic diamine 4,4′-diaminodicyclohexyl methane(PACM)was introduced for ternary polymerization to obtain two kinds of PI films.The films were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet visible(UV-vis)spectroscopy,thermomechanical analysis,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test,thermogravimetric test and mechanical property test.The results show that the four PI films have been completely imidized,and the UV transmittance at 800 nm are all above 89%,have good thermal stability,the initial decomposition temperature(T_(d))of thermal weight loss is above 462℃,and the glass transition temperature(T_(g))is above 169℃,have good mechanical properties and low thermal expansion coefficient.
