摘要
肝脏不仅承担代谢、解毒等重要功能,而且在维持肝脏免疫稳态中发挥重要作用。肝脏内富含免疫细胞,广泛参与固有免疫和适应性免疫。新近研究发现,肝星状细胞除了提呈抗原,还通过诱导效应性T细胞凋亡、促进髓系来源抑制细胞和调节性T细胞产生,参与宿主肝脏的免疫负向调控。深入认识肝星状细胞在肝脏免疫中的功能,对防治肝脏疾病及相关全身性疾病具有重要意义。本文将主要介绍肝星状细胞参与免疫反应的最新研究进展。
The liver is not only responsible for metabolism,detoxification and other important functions,but also plays an important role in maintaining liver immune homeostasis.The liver has abundant immune cells,which are widely involved in innate and adaptive immunity.Recent studies have found that in addition to presenting antigen,hepatic stellate cells can also induce effector T cell apoptosis,inhibit T cell proliferation and inhibit T cell mediated cytotoxicity.Hepatic stellate cells can also promote the production of myeloid suppressor cells and regulatory T cells,inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes,and secrete cytokines with immunosuppressive effect,such as IL-10,TGF-β,PGE2,etc.,which participate in the negative immune regulation of the host liver.We should deeply understand the function of hepatic stellate cells in the liver immunity,which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases and related systemic diseases.This article will mainly introduce the latest research progress of hepatic stellate cells involved in immune response.
