摘要
采用旋转法对用于电沉积制备钨涂层的Na_(2)WO_(4)-WO_(3)熔盐体系的高温黏度进行了研究,讨论了熔盐体系温度对沉积物的形貌与物相的影响。结果表明,在973~1223 K的温度范围内,随温度的升高,熔盐黏度呈明显下降的趋势。当温度低于1113 K时,无法在石墨表面获得钨涂层。该熔盐体系电沉积制备表面致密均匀的纯钨涂层的适宜温度为1173~1198 K。
The viscosity of a Na_(2)WO_(4)-WO_(3) molten salt used for electrodeposition of tungsten was studied by rotating method.The effect of temperature of the molten salt on morphology and phase constitution of the deposit was discussed.The results showed that the viscosity of the molten salt was decreased with the increasing of temperature between 973 K and 1223 K.It was impossible to form a tungsten coating on graphite surface when the temperature was lower than 1113 K.The suitable temperature for electrodeposition of a uniform and compact tungsten coating from the molten salt is 1173 K to 1223 K.
