摘要
为了更好地研究果胶预处理对木材耐久性的影响并提高果胶在木材利用中的潜在价值。以杉木为试验材料,采用果胶和其他防腐剂配合使用的预处理模式,测定样品的载药率和失重率的变化,分析果胶预处理对杉木耐久性的影响。结果显示,杉木经过果胶预处理之后,在接种白腐菌彩绒革盖菌的环境下,杉木的失重率会提高;在接种褐腐菌绵皮卧孔菌和球毛壳菌的情况下,杉木的失重率会降低。由此推论果胶能够促进杉木被彩绒革盖菌分解,降低其耐久性;能够抑制杉木中球毛壳菌和绵皮卧孔菌的生长,提高其木材的耐久性。
In order to better understanding the effect of pectin pretreatment on wood durability and improve the potential value of pectin in wood utilization, Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook is used as the experimental sample material, and the pretreatment mode of pectin and other preservatives is analyze.The results shows that after the C.lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook is pretreated with pectin, the weight loss rate will increase in the environment containing the white-rot fungus Trametes versicolor(L.)Lloyd(T.V);In the case of Postia placenta(P.P)and Chaetomium globlosum(C.G),the weight loss rate of C.lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook will reduced.It is deduced from this that pectin can promote the corrosion of fir by T.V rot fungi and reduce its durability, inhibit the corrosion of fir by C.G rot fungi and P.P rot fungi and improve its durability.
