摘要
目的:观察肠内营养支持对2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人营养状态及短期血糖水平的影响。方法:选择2019年4月—2021年4月我院收治的90例T2DM患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组均采用常规肠外营养治疗;观察组采用肠内营养支持治疗。对比两组后营养状态[血红蛋白(HGB)、血清前蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)]、血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)]及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组HGB、Alb、TRF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2周,观察组FBG、2hPBG、HBA1C水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗不良反应总发生率为4.44%,略低于对照组的8.89%,两组治疗后不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肠内营养支持可有效改善T2DM患者营养状态,降低其血糖水平,该治疗方式安全性较高,可考虑临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of enteral nutritional support on nutritional status and short-term blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 90 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group received routine parenteral nutrition.The observation group was treated with enteral nutrition support.Post nutritional status[hemoglobin(HGB),serum preprotein(Alb),transferrin(TRF)],blood glucose levels[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of HGB,Alb and TRF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment,the levels of FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,slightly lower than 8.89% in the control group,and there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutritional support can effectively improve the nutritional status of T2DM patients and reduce their blood glucose levels.This treatment is safe and can be considered for clinical application.
