摘要
成渝两市在合作与发展的同时,也出现了同质化竞争的倾向,表现出产业趋同化特征。市场机制具有导向同质化竞争的倾向,因而同质化竞争是市场经济发展的常态现象。鉴于此,成渝两市应在市场经济环境下理性处理竞争与合作的关系;充分发挥市场机制的作用,让资源和要素在成渝两市之间自由流动;推进同质化中的差异化,促使产业结构同中有异;推动两市的自主创新,发展各自的核心技术,通过核心技术带动对各自产业发展进行定位,以规避产业趋同中的恶性竞争。
Chengdu and Chongqing cooperate with each other while showing a tendency of homogeneous competition,featuring for the industrial convergence.Homogeneous competition is the norm of market economy development,as market mechanism tends to orient such competition.Therefore Chengdu and Chongqing should deal with competition and cooperation in the market economy in a rational manner so that resources and factors can flow freely between them.The difference of homogenization should be advanced to allow variation in the industrial structure.The independent innovation should be promoted in both cities to develop their core technologies,which will be driven the development orientation of their industries to circumvent the vicious competition in the industrial convergence.
