摘要
通过对已公布的先秦两汉简帛文献中的外科医方进行整理分析,以期展现先秦两汉时期外治法的真实概貌,厘清其精华与糟粕,对这一时期的外治法做出客观恰当的评价,为中医外治法溯源与现代外治法研究提供参考。发现其涉及的外治法主要有敷法、熨法、洗浴法、熏法、灸法、手术疗法、摩法、角法、砭石疗法9类,这些外治法的药物制作与治疗手法全面丰富,体现了中医治则理论的雏形,为外治法的发展奠定了实践基础,但也因其原始性存在一些问题,需要理性看待和进一步考证研究。
This article sorts and analyzes the surgical medical prescriptions in the published literature on the bamboo slips and silks of the Pre-Qin and Han Dynasties,in order to show the true overview of the external treatment method in the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,clarify its essence and dross,make an objective and appropriate evaluation of the external treatment method in this period,finally to provide reference for tracing the source of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the research of modern external treatment.It is found that the involved external treatment methods mainly include nine methods,application method,ironing method,bathing method,fumigation method,moxibustion method,surgical therapy,rubbing manipulation,Jiaofa(角法)method and stone needle therapy.The drug production and treatment methods of the law are not only comprehensive but also very rich.They reflect the rudimentary form of the theory of Chinese medicine treatment and lay a practical foundation for the development of the later generations of external treatment methods.However,there are also some problems due to its originality,so these methods need to be treated rationally and further researched.
