摘要
在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的影响下,我国炼油行业面临转型发展与碳减排的双重挑战。结合能源发展、炼油工业碳排放情况及行业发展趋势来看,传统中小型炼厂应首先从发展氢能,碳捕获、利用与封存(Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage, CCUS),节能与提效3个方向进行减碳行动。重点论述了碳减排措施相关技术现状和未来发展潜力,为中小型炼油企业提供碳减排方式参考。
Under the influence of “emission peak and carbon neutrality”,China’s refining industry is facing the challenges of transformation upgrading and CO;emission reduction.Considering the development of energy, the status quo of carbon emissions and the development trend of the refining industry, small and medium traditional refineries shall start up the emission reduction from aspects of developing hydrogen energy, carbon capture utilization and storage(CCUS),and energy conservation and efficiency improvement.This paper focuses on the current situation and future development potential of technologies related to carbon emission reduction measures, aiming to provide references for small and medium traditional refineries.
