摘要
糖尿病高危人群数量庞大,对糖尿病高危人群的筛查和管理是中国慢病管理、健康中国建设的重要内容和巨大挑战。近日,由中国女医师协会糖尿病专委会制定的《糖尿病高危人群筛查及干预专家共识》(以下简称"共识")正式发布,共识结合中国慢病流行病学的特征,针对糖尿病高危人群的定义、筛查流程和干预策略,在汇集国内临床证据、参考国外证据的基础上编撰而成。文章对共识的要点进行解读,并结合循证证据与国内外相关指南进行对比。
There is a large population at high risk of diabetes.The screening and management of high-risk individuals of diabetes is an important task and a great challenge for China’s chronic disease management and healthy China construction.The Expert Consensus on Screening and Intervention for the Population at High Risk of Diabetes,developed by the Diabetes Committee of China Medical Women’s Association,was officially released.The consensus was based on the epidemiological characteristics of chronic diseases in China and both domestic and foreign clinical evidence,aiming at the definition,screening process and intervention strategy of high-risk population of diabetes.This paper interprets the main points of the consensus,and compares with relevant guidelines in China and abroad based on the review of clinical evidence.
