摘要
转辙机动静接点作为铁路信号控制电路的重要部件,铁标对其接点之间的接触深度和间隙有明确的要求。针对目前转辙机生产厂和现场维护时的测量方法精度不高,且无专用测量工具的问题,设计出一种测量装置,详细介绍其结构、特点,应用功能等。通过试验证明该装置是可靠的,达到了方便、精密检测的目的。
The movable and stationary contacts of turnout switch machine are important components in control circuit of railway signals and the requirements for the contact depth and gap between the contacts are clarified in railway standards.Aiming at the problems of low precision of measurement method and no special measurement device in turnout switch machine manufacturing plant and field maintenance at present,a measurement device is designed and its composition,features and application functions are described in detail.The tests show that the device is reliable and easy to use for precise measurement.
