摘要
为了保证计量检定系统本身量值的可靠性和精度,设计并实现了一种通用计量检定设备自检自校系统;首先针对计量检定设备的自检自校中信号转接的要求,设计了自检自校适配器,并介绍了其功能和特点,然后从系统检查(包括功能检查和性能检查)、系统量值传递和参数修正3个方面对自检自校软件系统进行了详细描述;通过实际验证,该自检自校系统能够满足通用计量检定设备的自测试、自校准和量值稳定性检查需求,确保量值传递的准确、可靠。
The self test and self calibration system is designed in order to assure the measuring value reliability and precision and the need of stability test of general calibration instrument. The self -test and self- calibration adapter is devised based on signal connecting and its function and characteristic are introduced. The software system is described in detail from system test (function test & capability test), measuring value transfer and parameler modification. The effectiveness of the system was proved via real calibration instrument.
