中温透波环氧树脂/高强玻璃纤维复合材料的性能研究 被引量:4

Study on the Properties of Medium-temperature Wave-transmitting Epoxy Resin/high Strength Glass Fiber Composite

摘要 研制了一款适用于真空成型的中温透波环氧树脂,对树脂的流变性能、DSC和力学性能进行了测试。采用热熔两步法制备了2种高强玻璃纤维织物预浸料,通过真空袋成型制备复合材料层压板,对复合材料的介电性能和力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:树脂粘度适中,放热过程缓慢,固化工艺窗口宽,其浇注体的断裂伸长率高,综合性能优异;与采用传统热压罐成型并广泛应用于航空透波领域的3218/SW280A复合材料相比,采用真空成型的ACTECH■1203/SW280复合材料的介电性能和力学性能与其基本相当,ACTECH■1203/S6W301F真空成型复合材料的介电性能和力学性能则更有优势。 A medium-temperature wave-transmitting epoxy resin suitable for vacuum molding was developed,and the rheological properties,DSC and mechanical properties of the resin were tested.Two kinds of high strength glass fiber fabric prepregs were prepared by the hot-melt two-step method,and their laminates were made by vacuum bag molding.The dielectric properties and mechanical properties of these composites were tested.The results showed that the resin viscosity was moderate,the heat release was slow,the curing process window was wide,the elongation at break of the cast body was high,and the comprehensive properties were excellent.Compared with the 3218/SW280A composite material made by traditional autoclave molding and widely used in the field of aviation wave transmission,the dielectric and mechanical properties of vacuum-molded ACTECH■1203/SW280 composite were almost the same,while the dielectric and mechanical properties of vacuum-molded ACTECH■1203/S6W301F composite were more advantageous.
