摘要
研究了使用聚碳酸酯/聚酯共混体系制备的玻璃纤维用水性聚氨酯成膜剂(WPU)。讨论了不同聚碳酸酯(PCD01)/聚酯(PED01)比例对聚氨酯乳液、乳液成膜的吸水率、力学性能以及耐热性能的影响。结果表明随着聚碳酸酯二元醇用量减少,聚氨酯预聚体粘度减小,所得乳液粒径和粘度均减小,且稳定性更好;WPU膜的断裂强度先降低后增加,断裂伸长率增加,但是弹性模量和耐水性变差;同时热失重率减少有利于熔融加工,但热黄变颜色变差,影响制品外观。
The waterborne polyurethane(WPU)film former for glass fiber sizing prepared by polycarbonate/polyester blend system was studied.The effects of different polycarbonate(PCD01)/polyester(PED01)ratios on the water absorption,mechanical properties and heat resistance of polyurethane emulsion and emulsion-formed film were discussed.The results showed that with the decrease of the amount of polycarbonate diol,the viscosity of polyurethane prepolymer decreased,the particle size and viscosity of the emulsion decreased,and the stability of the emulsion increased.The breaking strength of WPU film first decreased and then increased,the breaking elongation increased,but the elastic modulus and water resistance decreased.At the same time,the reduced weight loss on heating was beneficial for melting and processing,but the color became worse due to the heat-induced yellowing,which affected the appearance of products.
