摘要
为了解决深井钻探过程中钻井液滤失量大、护壁性能差等问题,室内采用N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)为单体制备有机硅降滤失剂。该降滤失剂在温度不超过320℃时,质量损失小,在钻井液表现出优异的抗高温性能,与黏土表面羟基发生缩聚反应,对黏土吸附能力强,在高温下不易脱附,可有效地防止黏土聚集,达到降滤失的目的。
In order to solve the problems such as large fluid loss and poor wall protection performance of drilling fluid in the process of deep well drilling,NVP,AMPS,AM and A-151 were used as monomers to prepare silicone fluid loss reducer.When the temperature did not exceed 320℃,the fluid loss reducer had low mass loss,excellent high-temperature resistance in drilling fluid,polycondensation reaction with hydroxyl on the surface of clay could happen,adsorption capacity to clay was strong,it was not easy to desorb at high temperature,which could effectively prevent clay aggregation and achieve the purpose of reducing filtration loss.
