摘要
现场钻探工作精度要求的提高和人工费用的不断提升,都使得钻探设备不得不向智能化、少人化的方向发展,科技的发展进步为钻机智能化实现提供了可能。传感器技术不断发展,各种高性能、高精度传感器的出现可以将钻探过程中钻机各个工作参数实时传输,有利于对钻进工艺参数进行优化,以防出现故障造成钻机损坏和安全事故,进一步提高钻机工作效率,节省工作成本。
The increase in the accuracy of drilling work on site and the rising labor costs have forced the drilling equipment to develop in the direction of intelligence and less humanization,and the progress of technology has provided the possibility for the intelligent realization of drilling rigs.Sensor technology continues to develop,and the emergence of various high-performance,high-precision sensors can transmit each working parameter of the drilling rig in real time during the drilling process,which is conducive to the optimization of drilling process parameters to prevent damage to the rig and safety accidents caused by malfunctions,further improving the efficiency of the rig and saving work costs.
