摘要
目的:观察三三汤联合氨溴索口服液治疗支气管炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将支气管炎患者120例随机分为对照组和联合组各60例,对照组口服氨溴索口服液治疗,联合组患者采用三三汤联合氨溴索口服液治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、血清炎性因子水平变化以及并发症的发生情况。结果:联合组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的68.33%;治疗后联合组患者咳嗽、咽痛与发热缓解时间及啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组患者血清炎性因子γ-干扰素(interferonγ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素8(interleukin,IL-8)和C反应蛋白(C reaction protein,CRP)含量低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组患者并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的38.33%(P<0.05)。结论:三三汤联合氨溴索口服液可以快速缓解支气管炎患者临床症状,降低血清炎性因子水平,安全性较高。
Objective:To observe clinical effects and the safety of Sansan decoction and ambroxol oral liquid in the treatment of bronchitis.Methods:All 120 patients were randomized into the control group and the combination group,with 60 cases in each group,the control group was given ambroxol oral liquid,and the combination group adopted Sansan decoction and ambroxol oral liquid.To observe clinical effects,the remission time of clinical symptoms,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of the complications between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the combination group was 91.67%,higher than 68.33%of the control group;after treating,the combination group was shorter than the control group in the remission time of cough,sore throat and fever,the disappearing time of rale(P<0.05);after treating,the combination group was shorter than the control group in the contents of IFN-γ,IL-8 and CRP(P<0.05);after treating,the incidence of the complications of the combination group was 10.00%,lower than 38.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sansan decoction and ambroxol oral liquid could rapidly alleviate clinical symptoms of the patients,lower the levels of serum inflammatory factors with higher safety.
