摘要
采用区域经济学等先进学科的前沿理论,构建黑龙江的煤炭资源型城市产业转型效果的评价指标体系,综合评价得出黑龙江煤炭资源型城市产业转型效果仍不够理想,在此基础上对其产业转型的影响因素进行深入的探究,提出转型建议和措施,研究成果对于黑龙江煤炭资源型城市产业转型有所裨益。
Using cutting-edge theories of advanced disciplines such as regional economics to construct an evaluation index system for the effect of Heilongjiang′ s coal resource-based city industrial transformation. According to the comprehensive evaluation of this system, it is concluded that the industrial transformation effect of Heilongjiang′ s coal resource-based city is still not ideal. On this basis, it conducts in-depth research on the influencing factors of its industrial transformation, and finally proposes transformation suggestions and measures. Relevant research will be beneficial to the industrial transformation of Heilongjiang′s coal resource-based cities.
