摘要
首先结合国内外文献对传统高中数学教师的教学基本功做了梳理和补充,提出面向高中数学建模教育的八条教师关键能力.结合教学实例,给出八条关键能力在教学设计、课堂实施和教学反思中的具体行为载体,提供适用于一线教学的高中数学建模教学设计与实施步骤,为一线教师的教学实践提供理论与经验支撑.
After reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures on high school mathematical teaching capabilities, the paper puts forward eight basic teaching capabilities for high school mathematical modeling education. Consistent with the eight key capabilities and based on my teaching experience, the paper then proposes key actions which should be done before, during and after a mathematical modelling class. These key actions can serve as guidelines for frontline teachers in the design and implementation of classes.
