基于二维相关红外光谱的陈皮快速鉴别研究 被引量:8

Rapid identification of citri reticulatae pericarpium based on two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy

摘要 目的对比不同产区、不同储存年限陈皮水分及橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素含量的差异,建立不同产区、不同储存年限陈皮的二维相关红外光谱分析方法。方法采用甲苯法对14批陈皮的水分进行测定,高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素含量。对不同产区、不同储存年限的14批陈皮样品进行二维相关红外光谱分析。结果不同产区、不同储存年限陈皮水分及橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素含量有所不同。二维相关红外光谱显示,不同产区、不同储存年限陈皮的相关峰强度、位置有明显差异。结论二维相关红外光谱可以为陈皮的品质评价、鉴别、质量控制提供依据,是一种快速有效的方法。 Objective To compare the content of moisture,hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin in citri reticulatae pericarpium from different production areas with different storage years,and to establish a two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy analysis method.Methods The moisture content of 14 batches of citri reticulatae pericarpium were determined by toluene method.The content of hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin were determined by HPLC.The 14 batches of citri reticulatae pericarpium were analyzed by two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy.Results The content of moisture,hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin of different production areas and storage years of citri reticulatae pericarpium samples was different.There were obvious differences in the relevant peak intensity and position of citri reticulatae pericarpium from different production areas with different storage years in the two-dimensional correlation infrared spectra.Conclusion Two-dimensional correlated infrared spectroscopy can provide evidence for the evaluation,identification and quality control of citri reticulatae pericarpium,which is rapid and effective.
