摘要
当前各国争先抢占空天资源,而中国商业航天仍然在初期起步阶段,如何打破当前局面实现从量变到质变成为亟待解决的问题。然而,全球商业航天的先驱者美国太空探索技术公司(SpaceX)的成功不仅是创新技术的结果,还与其成熟的商业模式密不可分,单纯的技术创新不足以帮助企业突出重围。本文分析了近5年中国商业航天的商业模式演变,总结提炼出3种主要的商业航天商业模式:军民融合模式、局部产业链模式和集成闭合模式。基于中国商业航天企业发展现状,本文通过对星际荣耀和航天科工火箭两个案例的剖析,从商业模式创新的视角提出商业航天的发展路径,以期对中国商业航天的发展之路有所启示。
At present,countries around the world are rushing to seize aerospace resources,and China’s commercial aerospace industry is still in an initial stage.How to break the current situation and realize the change from quantitative to qualitative has become an urgent problem to be solved.However,as a pioneer in global commercial aerospace SpaceX’s success is not only the result of innovative technologies,but also closely linked to its mature business model,and technological innovation alone is not enough to help enterprises stand out.This study analyzes the evolution of China’s commercial aerospace business model in the past five years,and summarizes three main commercial aerospace business models:military-civilian integration model,local industrial chain model,and integrated closed model.Based on the current situation of China’s commercial aerospace enterprise development,this study puts forward the development path of commercial aerospace from the perspective of business model innovation through the analysis of the two cases of Ispace and ExPace,with a view to enlightening the development path of China’s commercial aerospace industry.
