摘要
在城市更新背景下,存量建筑改造往往面临利益相关方多、限制条件复杂等诸多挑战,需要采用科学的建筑策划方法以实现理性决策。本文以"都灵上学"计划中的恩里科费米中学改造项目为例,通过梳理项目流程及多元主体参与模式,总结其前期建筑策划的步骤和方法,探讨了建筑策划理论在城市更新中的应对策略,指出合理的时间分配、科学的策划流程以及多元主体的紧密配合对更新项目的成功起到了重要作用。
In the context of urban renewal,existing buildings are facing many challenges such as multistakeholders and complex constraints,requiring scientific architectural programming methods for rational decisions.Taking the renovation project of Enrico Fermi School within the initiative of"Torino Fa Scuola",this article analyses the whole process and the participation pattern of multi-stakeholders,summarizes steps and methods of architectural programming phase,and explores coping strategies of architectural programming theory in urban renewal.It indicates that effective time management,scientific procedure and close collaboration of multi-stakeholders play important roles in the success of renovation projects.
