摘要
针对铁尾矿存量大、活性低及利用率低的问题,提出了通过制备铁尾矿粉煤灰矿渣粉三元体系掺合料的方式消纳铁尾矿.利用三元体系掺合料取代30%水泥,铁尾矿砂及铁尾矿废石取代天然骨料制备多固废混凝土,进行混凝土抗压强度和毛细吸水试验,并利用压汞和SEM测试了混凝土的微观结构.结果表明:随着铁尾矿比表面积增大,掺加掺合料的混凝土强度、渗透性能及孔结构均优于普通混凝土;灰色关联及SEM分析结果揭示了混凝土抗压性能及渗透性能的变化主要与掺合料中铁尾矿比表面积相关.
Aiming at the problems of large storage,low activity and low utilization rate of iron tailings,the preparation of iron tailings-fly ash-slag powder ternary system admixture was proposed to consume iron tailings.Multi-solid waste concrete was prepared by using this ternary system admixture to replace 30%cement and the iron tailings sand and waste rock to replace natural aggregate.The compressive strength and capillary water absorption of concrete were tested,and the microstructure was observed by mercury intrusion and SEM.The results show that the strength,permeability and pore structure of concrete with admixture are better than those of ordinary concrete,with the increase of specific surface area of iron tailings.The grey correlation and SEM analysis results reveal that the changes of compressive properties and permeability of concrete are mainly related to the specific surface area of iron tailings in admixture.
