Mechanical activation mechanism of multi-componentiron tailings admixture

摘要 为了解决优质混凝土掺合料资源短缺、单组分掺合料功能性单一的问题,采用机械活化激发铁尾矿潜在火山灰活性,并将活化铁尾矿粉与粉煤灰、矿渣粉耦合制备复合掺合料.通过XRD、XPS、SEM、BET手段探索铁尾矿胶凝活性来源,并测试活性指数.试验结果表明,机械活化可以增大铁尾矿的比表面积,改善粒度分布,降低表面结合能与结晶度,但不能改变颗粒形貌,其通过填充效应及二次水化提高活性指数.将活化铁尾矿粉与粉煤灰、矿渣粉耦合制备复合掺合料时,活性指数可达普通型Ⅰ级掺合料使用标准. In order to solve the problem of high-quality concrete-admixture shortage and mono-function of single-component admixture,the mechanical activation was used to stimulate the potential pozzolanic activity of iron tailings,and the activated iron tailings powder was coupled with fly ash and slag powder to prepare composite admixture.The cementitious activity source of iron tailings was probed by XRD,XPS,SEM and BET methods,and the activity index was tested.The experimental results show that the mechanical activation can increase the specific surface area of iron tailings,improve the particle size distribution and reduce the surface binding energy and crystallinity degree,but it cannot change the particle morphology.It improves the activity index by filling effect and secondary hydration.When the activated iron tailings powder is coupled with fly ash and slag powder to prepare composite admixture,the activity index can reach the standard of ordinary gradeⅠadmixture.
