摘要
目的:为贯彻落实《执业药师注册管理办法》及加强执业药师注册管理提供参考。方法:对《执业药师注册管理办法》出台背景、主要内容进行解读,提出贯彻落实《执业药师注册管理办法》的建议。结果:《执业药师注册管理办法》进一步优化执业药师注册程序,明确岗位职责和权利义务,加强注册与继续教育衔接管理,强化执业药师监督管理。结论:执业药师管理部门可依据办法条款要求,进一步完善制度规范本地注册管理,优化服务实现高效便民,创新方式加强事中事后监管,强化教育培训,加强队伍建设,服务公众安全合理用药。
Objective:To provide a reference for implementing the"Administrative Measures for the Registration of Licensed Pharmacists"and strengthening the registration management of licensed pharmacists.Methods:The background and main content of the"Administrative Measures for the Registration of Licensed Pharmacists"were interpreted,and suggestions for implementing the measures were put forward.Results:Administrative measures further optimize the registration procedures of licensed pharmacists,clarify post responsibilities,rights and obligations,strengthen the connection management between registration and continuing education,and strengthen the supervision and management of licensed pharmacists.Conclusion:The administrative department of licensed pharmacists could further improve the system to standardize the local registration management,optimize services to achieve high efficiency and convenience,innovate ways to strengthen in-process and post event supervision,education and training,and team construction,and serve the public for safe and rational drug use according to the provisions of the measures.
