摘要
化工行业是中国的基础制造行业,近几年发展十分迅速,但是化工行业在生产经营过程中大多涉及储存或使用易燃易爆、腐蚀、有毒危险化学品,生产工艺经常涉及高温、高压等反应条件,安全风险较高,成为事故高发行业,所以非常有必要开展本质安全管理。文章分析了化工行业安全管理现状和本质安全管理的必要性,并提出了化工行业本质安全管理模式。
The chemical industry is the basic manufacturing industry in China,which s developing very rapidly in recent years.However,the chemical industry mostly involves the storage or use of flammable,explosive,corrosive and toxic hazardous chemicals in the production and operation process.The production process often involves reaction conditions such as high temperature and high pressure,which has high safety risk and has become an accident prone industry.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out intrinsic safety management.This paper analyzes the current situation of safety management in chemical industry and the necessity ofintrinsic safety management,and puts forward the intrinsic safety management mode in chemical enterprises.
