摘要
目的探究基于护理质量反馈理论构建的精准护理模式应用于帕金森病患者中的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2020年9月我院收治的140例帕金森病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予基于护理质量反馈理论构建的精准护理模式。比较两组的护理质量评分、护理总有效率、焦虑和抑郁情况、日常生活自理能力及护理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量各项评分、护理总有效率、护理满意度及护理后的Barthel指数评分均高于对照组,护理后的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森病患者中应用基于护理质量反馈理论构建的精准护理模式效果显著,能有效减轻负性情绪,提高其日常生活自理能力及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of precision nursing model based on nursing quality feedback theory on patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 140 patients with Parkinson's disease treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing model,and the observation group was given precision nursing model based on nursing quality feedback theory.The nursing quality scores,total effective rate of nursing,anxiety and depression,self-care ability of daily life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores,total effective rate of nursing,nursing satisfaction and Barthel index score after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the HAMA and HAMD scores after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precision nursing model based on nursing quality feedback theory applied in patients with Parkinson's disease has a significant effect.It can effectively reduce the negative emotions,improve their self-care ability of daily life and nursing satisfaction.
