摘要
通过查阅历代本草著作及现代中医药典籍,对郁李仁的名称、基原、道地性、品质、采收加工、炮炙、性味归经、功效主治等进行考证,为进一步开发利用郁李仁药材提供依据。考证结果显示郁李仁历代主流品种为欧李Prunus humilisBge.、郁李Prunus japonica Thunb.的干燥成熟种子。郁李仁分布广泛,生长于高山川谷丘陵地区,历史上以陕西、山西隰县为道地产区。历代炮制方法多为加辅料炒用,以缓和药性。古今对郁李仁"辛、苦、甘,平"以及"入脾、大肠、小肠经"的记载基本一致,《中国药典》2015年版概括了郁李仁的功效主治"润肠通便,下气利水。用于津枯肠燥,食积气滞,腹胀便秘,水肿,脚气,小便不利",符合临床用药情况。
Through consulting the traditional Chinese medicine classics and traditional Chinese medicine classics of the past ages,this paper studies the name,basic origin,authentic nature and quality evaluation,harvesting and processing processing,and the effect of natural flavor to the meridian,so as to provide the basis for the further development and utilization of the medicinal material of plum tuen.The research results showed that the main varieties of Prunus humilis Bge.,Prunus japonica Thunb.Bush-cherry Seedis widely distributed in high mountains,valleys and hilly areas.Historically,it was produced in Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces.In the past dynasties,the processing method is mostly used to add auxiliary materials to stir,which is used to ease the medicinal properties.The ancient and modern records of Bush-cherry Seed “bright,bitter,sweet and smooth”and“entering the spleen,large intestine and small intestine”are basically the same.The 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeiasummarizes the efficacy of Bush-cherry Seed moistening intestines and relieving constipation,lowering qi and nourishing water.It is used for intestinal dryness,food stagnation,abdominal distention and constipation,edema,beriberi,adverse urination,which conforms to the clinical medication situation.
