木香水提物对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肝脾肾组织及十二指肠道形态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】考察木香(Aucklandia lappa)水提物对黄羽肉鸡(Gallus gallus domesticus)生长性能、肝脾肾组织以及十二指肠道形态的影响。【方法】选用15日龄健康黄羽肉鸡,设置4个实验组,在提供相同基础日粮的条件下,除向对照组提供正常饮用水以外,向其他3个实验组提供含不同质量分数(0.5%,1.0%和1.5%)木香水提物的饮用水。研究分3个实验阶段,一直持续到黄羽肉鸡60日龄时为止,此期间定期考察黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肝脾肾组织学特征以及十二指肠道形态学特征的变化。【结果】木香水提物能明显提高黄羽肉鸡的平均日增质量、平均日采食量并降低料肉比;饮用水中木香水提物质量分数为1.5%时肝脾肾组织受到的损害较大,且损害程度随日龄增长而加深;同时木香水提物在一定时期可明显增加十二指肠绒毛高度,提升绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,并降低隐窝深度。【结论】一定时期内饮用水中木香水提物质量分数为1.0%时黄羽肉鸡的生长性能有较好提升,对肝脾肾组织影响较小,对十二指肠道形态有较好改善,但长期摄食或高剂量摄食木香水提物会对黄羽肉鸡的内脏组织造成一定的损害。 [Purposes]To investigate the effects of Aucklandia lappa extract on growth performance,tissue of liver,spleen and kidney and duodenum morphology of yellow-feather broiler(Gallus gallus domesticus).[Methods]Healthy 15-day-old yellow-feather broilers were used in 4 experimental groups.On the basis of the same diet,the control group was provided with normal drinking water,and the other 3 experimental groups were provided with drinking water containing different mass fractions(0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%)of A.lappa extract.The study was divided into three experimental stages,and the changes of growth performance,liver,spleen,kidney and duodenal morphological characteristics of yellow-feather broilers were investigated at 60 days of age.[Findings]The average daily gain weight,average daily feed intake and feed to meat ratio of yellow-feather broilers were significantly increased by the extract of A.lappa.The damage of liver,spleen and kidney tissue was greater when the drinking water containing mass fractions the of A.lappa extract was 1.5%,and the damage degree deepened with the increase of age.At the same time,the water extract of A.lappa increased villus height,increased the ratio of villus height to crypt depth,and decreased crypt depth.[Conclusions]The growth performance of yellow-feather broilers was improved when the drinking water containing mass fractions of A.lappa extract was 1.0%in drinking water for a certain period,and it had little effect on liver,spleen and kidney tissues,and improved the morphology of duodenum.However,long-term or high dose intake of the water extract could cause certain damage to the visceral tissues of yellow-feathered broilers.
